functional design
With regard to the functional design, through experience we have realized the value of preparing a functional design in 3D whereby access routes, operation and maintenance of the plant can be explored. This allows us to design equipment in modular format which can be constructed off-site at a remote location and brought on-site during implementation phase. Design Solve has an extensive range of equipment in our software libraries which reduces design time considerably.
process design
The process design is done in coordination with the functional design. Design Solve currently makes use of a number of specialist consultants to support the process design work.
Manufacturing
At Design Solve, manufacturing is our core competency and our major differentiator. With our integrated approach to design and manufacturing, we can design and build a quality washing plant in a very short period of time. And we can manufacture off-site or on-site.
civil construction
When it comes to Civil Construction, our experience lies in bulk earthworks and the construction of mass concrete structures. When it comes to geological surveys and investigation, we outsource to quality specialist associates.
Plant erection
At Design Solve, we make sure that our plants are erected properly. When it comes to site establishment, erection and commission of plants and equipment, locally or abroad, our experienced team is up to the task. Our site team consists of personnel qualified in their respective fields who pride themselves in getting the job done properly. All tools and equipment for the erection of the coal beneficiation plant are part of the service we provide. Team and site safety is our number one priority. We have our own internal safety officer to ensure all safety guidelines are adhered to.
